Project Summary

Client: Barolla Pty Ltd

Centrally located in Bankstown close to Sydney’s geographical centre and close to major arterials and M5 motorway, retail group Super Amart selected Capital Bluestone to undertake the Development Management of a newly constructed 3,750m2 showroom and 2,000m2 warehouse on their 10,020m2 site.

Following the demolition of an existing two-storey office building, special consideration was given to how the new facility would sit on the lot which is located within a group of private lots, requiring the new services to connect the development into existing site services. The team also looked at alternative designs for onsite detention systems for the storm water service.

Capital Bluestone was able to deliver a total turnkey development solution and managed all aspects including feasibility, pre-lease negotiation, development application, build tender, funding, delivery and reporting.
