Located in Sydney’s south west with direct access to the M5, and links to greater metropolitan Sydney, landowner Rudana chose to partner with Capital Bluestone to maximize the highest and best use on this 45,321m2 site delivering this impressive commercial redevelopment.

Following original site purchase identification, due diligence and advice, Capital Bluestone’s redevelopment strategy gave necessary consideration to the existing facilities and tenants. We produced several options and financial feasibilities and were able to deliver an option that generated maximum value uplift suited to long term hold.

Capital Bluestone was able to deliver a total turnkey development solution and managed all aspects including feasibility, pre-lease negotiation, development application, build tender, funding, delivery and reporting, resulting in the site redevelopment and addition of 4,064m2 commercial accommodation which is now headquarters for Gerard Lighting.
