Challenger chose to partner with Capital Bluestone to manage the marketing campaign to seek and negotiate with prospective tenants to occupy all or part of the approved 32,910sqm (internal floor space) masterplanned estate.
Capital Bluestone was successful in securing a substantial pre-lease enquiry on behalf of Challenger and managed the development and delivery of a custom 20,200sqm distribution centre leased to Bunzl Australasia. The project combined several of Bunzl’s business units into one facility which benefits from high cubic and pallet capacity through huge internal clearance.
Capital Bluestone worked with leasing agents, managed the marketing of the estate to secure tenants, and worked as a development partner with Challenger from the early planning stages through securing pre-lease opportunities as well as overseeing the delivery of the new facilities.
